Alfa Romeo GT Junior 1600

1975 Alfa Romeo GT Junior 1600 fitted with a 1750 engine. Finished in red over black interior. The odometer is showing 83860km and the car was original sold in Sweden where it has remained since. Chassis number 0002594.

Unfortunately after a thorough inspection from our experience technicians the engine has low compression in cylinders 1 and 2, and also required a rebuild of the rear differential. The car is therefore sold as a non-running project for restoration.

This beautiful little Bertone Coupe benefits from the aforementioned swap to a larger 1750 motor, a common upgrade by Alfisti looking to give their cars the power its great chassis deserves. It also benefits from a bare metal restoration undertaken around 6 years ago at the hands of aircraft mechanic, and this also included a total overhaul of the electrical system and relocation of the battery to the trunk. The car has recently passed inspection and has also been serviced by Alfa Specialists 1900 Garaget down in Trelleborg.
